Photographer: Stu Stu Studio Photography
Address: 704 Raymond Drive, Lewiston, NY 14092

1. A Summary of the Agreement

We’re thrilled to capture your special moments! Here’s the simple rundown of our agreement:
We’ll provide the photography services and products listed in Section 2 (“Coverage”), and you agree to hire us for the price outlined in Section 3. That’s the heart of it!

2. The Coverage

Coverage of the Event will be provided by the photographer as follows:

3. Service

Terms and Conditions

The Plan: We’ll take beautiful photos at the date, time and location we choose together. Payment is due in full day of session.

Just Us: We prefer to be your only photographers during the session with no one else there to distract the subject(s).

Our Style: Got ideas? We’d love to hear them! But we’ll make the final calls on shots and edits.

After your session: We’ll send you a link to a private online gallery where you can order prints (in handy packages or single shots) and download the images straight to your computer or phone.

Photo Rights:

We own the images and copyrights. This only means we may use them for things like ads, contests, or our portfolio. Clients own images for personal use only.

Attendance

If Plans Change: If something unexpected (like illness or weather) gets in the way, we may need to reschedule.

Indemnity

Worst-Case Scenario: If something goes wrong (like a total photo fail), our responsibility stays within the contract amount—keeping it fair.

Unexpected Hurdles: If big stuff—like disasters, pandemics (think COVID), or safety concerns—stops us, we’ll let you know. We’re not liable for delays and might refund you (minus expenses) or find a new date. If we’re sick or feel unsafe at your event, we’ll try to find a replacement—otherwise, same refund plan.
